Perugia and its airport are some 40 minutes away. Other cities of historical and tourist interest are within a distance of up to one hour drive (Gubbio, Città di Castello, Assisi, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo).
On the ground floor is the entrance hall with cloakroom, a cosy country kitchen with fireplace and a spacious living room with large fireplace, divided in two by a beautiful brick arch, a bathroom and a storage room (accessible from outside).
