Information required:

1. 8 large photographs of your property
2. Property Description ( Approx 50 words + )
3. Property Price
4. Region where property is situated
5. Featured Listing - If yes what type
6. Your main contact email address
7. Remember to add this month's offer code (see above)

ITALIANO: Come Pubblicizzare il Tuo Immobile

La Italian Houses for Sale è un portale “pay-per-listing” dove sono direttamente i proprietari e le agenzie immobiliari a pubblicare gli immobili in vendita o in affitto.

I clienti interessati contattano direttamente, alla e-mail indicata, gli inserzionisti che così potranno seguire la trattativa in prima persona.

La IHS, per coloro che li richiedono, sarà in grado di offrire servizi linguistici di traduzione e/o interpretariato.

Per la pubblicazione standard di 1 immobile (sulla pagina “List all properties”) è previsto un costo annuale di € 35.

Il costo dell´inserzione è pagabile tramite bonifico bancario o tramite Paypal. Sarà la IHS a pubblicare l'immobile dopo aver ricevuto il materiale necessario (foto, descrizione ecc.).

Inoltre, sono disponibili anche le seguenti tariffe (per immobile, per settimana) per aumentare la visibilità della proprietà sul sito.
