In an extremely panoramic position, among the green and unspoiled hills of Casentino, there is an old farmhouse renovated in 1993.
The Farmhouse is spread over three levels for an area of about 300 square meters. On the mezzanine floor, through a scenic entrance where the old wood-burning oven is still present, there is a living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and storage room. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the lower floor, on the other hand, there is a tavern with kitchen, storage room and technical room. All floors are connected by an internal staircase and also accessible from the outside. A few meters from the Casale is another building of about 190 square meters, convertible into residential area, now used as a warehouse and tool shed.
Between the Casale and the Annex stands a large over 100-year-old holm oak. The property is completed by a plot of land, mainly woodland, of about 17,000 square meters.
Pieve Santo Stefano is a municipality in the Valtiberina valley that lies where Tuscany, Umbria, Marche and Emilia Romagna intersect. The municipal territory is vast and characterized by the green hills of Casentino. Thanks to its strategic location and the favorable climate of the valley in which it stands, it has been inhabited since prehistoric times and has been very important since Roman times. Today, thanks to the E45 road that runs along it, it is well connected to all places in Central Italy including Florence, Rome and Bologna.
