Appassionata

Appassionata is a UK/Italian based business specialising in the restoration and creation of luxury, unique fractional ownership properties in the region of Le Marche Italy.

In operation for nearly 20 years, they are one of the most experienced and highly regarded fractional ownership businesses in Europe.

Having completed 7 projects to date, with over 90 owners that can attest to the quality of their delivery, they have concluded over 20 re-sales since launch, giving confidence that when owners buy, they also have a route to exit in the future.

The business is boutique in nature and style, family run and aimed at like-minded people who want to experience real Italy and a luxurious lifestyle.

They are not a large corporation; their philosophy is to exceed owner’s expectations, be present when needed and offer confidence in dealing with a small but successful family business.

They are based locally and take care of not just the development of the properties but the maintenance, security, payment of all bills and manage all the residency calendars and liaise with the owners.

They chose Le Marche because it is one of the most authentic Italian regions and often referred to as ‘all of Italy wrapped up into one region’.

A beautiful coastline with rolling hills, and medieval hilltop villages, leading to the Sibillini mountain range in land.
