AGRITOURISM WITH RESTAURANT AND WELLNESS CENTER

Where once an ancient convent stood, today an Agritourism has been created. In addition to accommodation, there is a restaurant where raw materials are served, almost exclusively produced on the farm, such as wine, olive oil, fruits, vegetables and pork.

The main farmhouse, about 800 m², houses the reception, the restaurant, 3 suites as well as accommodation for the owner. In the recently renovated annexes, there are further 6 suites. All rooms have a private bathroom.

Guests have access to a large infinity pool (100 m²), an indoor pool and a wellness center.

The land of about 12 ha is divided into 2 ha of wood, 4 ha of olive grove with 1000 olive trees, 5 ha of pasture or arable land and 1 ha of vineyard.

While enjoying excellent privacy and tranquility, this Agritourism is very close to all services and can be reached via a convenient asphalted road.

This Agritourism is located in the Municipality of Tuoro, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. It is surrounded by woods and olive trees. It enjoys excellent privacy and tranquility, a few km from the services of the city center and every comfort.
It is 1.5 hours from Florence, 2 hours from Pisa, 2 hours from Rome, 1 hour from Perugia airport, 25 minutes from the A1 (Autostrada del Sole), 15 minutes from the Terontola-Cortona train station from where you can reach all the most important Italian cities.
