The Palazzo History
Dating back to 1580 as the dwelling of a noble family that descended from a German knight who had settled in Todi in 1200 following Frederik Redbeard and who boast one of the most beautiful chapels inside S. Fortunato church. The Palazzo is not under the protection of the Board for Art and Culture

The apartment can also be accessed through the large imposing stone staircase
Right Wing: The lift opens into the apartment which that still preserves many decorations and frescoes dating 1700 and a very large living room with very high antique wooden-beamed ceiling, working fireplace and a gorgeous terrace overlooking the imposing staircase of the Gothic church of San Fortunato. Most all doors and beams are original. Next to the living room is the bright high-ceiling eat-in kitchen, the study and an independent toilet (sink and WC). The sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms, 1independent full bathroom (shower, WC, bidet, built in sink)
Left Wing: from the lift exit, or from the staircase you reach the left wing through doors that guarantee flexibility and privacy. This wing features a study corner, the living area with kitchenette, working flat fireplace, 1 full bathroom (shower, built-in sink, bidet, WC, and a nice antique built-in marble sink), a loft with double bed and gorgeous window overlooking the town theatre
