Downstairs there is another bedroom with bathroom. Under this room, a lounge / study has been created. Finally, there are 4 other rooms that can be recovered to expand the apartment, if necessary.
The annex now houses a small private chapel, a garage and a storage room.
Finally, we must not forget that although it is an uncontaminated and authentic place, it is located just 600 m from a fraction of the Municipality of Passignano sul Trasimeno. Essential services, such as a grocery store, can be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car or bike.

Passignano is one of the 8 Municipalities of Lake Trasimeno famous for its restaurants and the promenade along the shores of the lake. Thanks to its privileged position it is protected from the north by steep and green hills, while it is completely exposed to the south from where it undergoes the mitigating influence of Lake Trasimeno. Access is very easy as it is close to the highway that connects Perugia to Siena and the motorway. Rome and Florence are therefore easily reachable in a short time.
