The flat is located in an ancient hamlet dating back to 1600, immersed in the still unspoilt Valdambra hills. The cozy setting is the result of careful restoration. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, it welcomes all those in search of sublime landscapes, tranquillity and breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills.
The entire property has undergone expert restoration that has enhanced the ancient atmosphere, leaving the original architecture and antique furnishings intact.
The property has an independent entrance and is located on the first floor. An internal staircase in pietra serena leads to the living room with a large fireplace, kitchen-dining area, hallway to the sleeping area with two large double bedrooms and a bathroom. The floors are all in terracotta, the fixtures in wood with double glazing.
Outside, thirty meters from the entrance, surrounded by hills and unspoilt nature, you can relax in the private garden of about 280 square meters, where it is possible to make a swimming pool.
The property is located in Bucine in the province of Arezzo, in a strategic position for visiting the art cities of this splendid region. It is, in fact, a crossroads between the three most beautiful cities in all of Tuscany: half an hour from Siena, where you can visit the famous Piazza del Campo; half an hour also from Arezzo, a marvellous town with its characteristic Piazza Grande, which was the birthplace of that wonderful Oscar-winning film ‘Life is beautiful’ and where every first weekend of the month the most famous antiques fair in all of Italy takes place; and, finally, less than an hour from Florence. The latter can also be easily reached by train from Bucine itself and is an excellent starting point for many other destinations in Tuscany. For example, to the neighbouring Chianti Classico area, which includes the villages of Castellina in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, or the famous San Gimignano, and Monteriggioni. Perugia and Lake Trasimeno are also less than an hour away.
