This complex of residential and agricultural buildings is located in the heart of the picturesque countryside of Noci, a charming traditional town in the province of Bari. The property comprises a complex of seven Trulli (GEA 235sqm), several farm buildings (GEA 217sqm) and a villa (170sqm).

Originally built in 1890 by the father of the current owner, the property has remained in the same family ever since. It was originally a working farm, and the oldest buildings are the Trulli (traditional round stone structures with conical roofs, typical of central Apulia), which served as the family’s living quarters.

The house is in good habitable condition but would benefit from some modernisation.
