The entire village has been the subject of a skillful restoration that has been able to enhance the ancient atmosphere while leaving the original architecture intact.
The floors are all in terracotta, the wooden window frames with double glazing. The heating is LPG, and the sleeping area has a hot and cold air conditioning system.
Outside, in front of the living room, a courtyard of about 20 square meters for exclusive use allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors. Perugia and Lake Trasimeno are also less than an hour away.
