San Bartolomeo is a property composed of an historic stone farmhouse, a land and a swimming pool. This eighteenth-century farmhouse was restored in 1999, preserving the original style: wood and tiles for the ceilings, cotto-effect single-fired pavements, double glazed wooden windows.

The property is currently used as touristic facility, but it could also be used as private residence.
