The house is located in a beautiful location, with a panoramic view of the hills and the sea, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful village of Montecosaro in the province of Macerata. The characteristic village is in fact only 2 km away and can therefore also be reached on foot. The house is also only 4.5 km from the center of Civitanova Alta, 10 km from the motorway exit and 8 km from the sea. Finally, Civitanova Marche is 10 km away. It was completely renovated in 2002, reusing the original materials such as beams, bricks and roof tiles. The condensing boiler was replaced less than 1 year ago.

The garden is fully illuminated and almost completely fenced and measures 3000m2. Here you will find various fruit trees, about 15 olive trees in production and a private well for irrigation. There is also a small carport and a garage with technical room of approximately 40m2.
