The timeless charm of this extraordinary 17th century farmhouse, immersed in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside, just a few kilometers from the splendid Todi, is waiting to be discovered. Accessible via a charming tree-lined driveway, this unique property is surrounded by one hectare of land, ideal for those who love nature and the outdoors. The main farmhouse is a perfect example of historical architecture, with large, bright spaces that combine elegance and comfort. Not far from the farmhouse, there is a dependance, with a cozy mini-apartment on the first floor, perfect for guests or to be used as a private study, and two large storage rooms on the ground floor. Within the garden there are also two rooms to be used for storage and to complete the property a garage for two cars. The main house in its interior is divided into three floors. On the ground floor, with an independent entrance, we find a large and bright kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a guest room and a large and characteristic tavern. On the first floor, also with a separate entrance, but also connected by an internal staircase to the other floors, we find a living room with dining room, a study, a bathroom, two bedrooms and two large terraces with a pleasant view. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony and a panoramic terrace. There is also an attic with two unfinished rooms.
In 2010 or so, this farmhouse underwent several major improvements. In particular, seismic adjustment was carried out, some floors were strengthened, the steel roof was rebuilt, windows and doors were replaced, and the electrical, water and heating systems with gas boiler were rebuilt. During the work, all the typical materials of the region have been preserved, giving it a characteristic appearance, for example the terracotta floors and its splendid fireplaces. Being large in size, it can accommodate more than one family or be used partially or totally as accommodation. A swimming pool is easily installed, as the land is flat. The location is quiet, immersed in greenery and panoramic, just a few km from the beautiful village of Todi.
