Historic borgo in a quiet location

A small borgo consisting of three buildings is for sale here in Barberino in Mugello. The property is idyllically situated in a beautiful panoramic position and offers a lovely view of the valley to the south-west. The houses are in habitable condition, even if their value and living comfort could be considerably increased through conservative renovation.
The rooms can even be heated in three different ways: Pellet, liquid gas and wood. The old wood-burning stove is certainly a special feature of this property, as are the well-preserved stone facades typical of the area.
The rooms are divided as follows:
– The house consists of 8 cellars and storage rooms and a stable on the first floor; a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace on the upper floor; three bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace on the top floor
– The guest house consists of three cellars, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom
– The agricultural building has free storage and a bathroom
The property extends over 8 hectares and has around 130 olive trees.
