Typical Marchigiana rural farmhouse which brings back to the tradition of the “art of silk”. The property attic is evidence of the flourishing production activity that developed around the surrounding area and Jesi during the mid-19th century. The leaves of the mulberry trees were left to dry and the silkworms were raised in the attic.

When the peasants used their lives and the energies of the entire family to cultivate the land, generally conducted by sharecropping, the buildings were built with poor materials and consisted of several housing units so as to contain these large families, while on the ground floors the premises were for storing work tools and animals.

The property is located a few kilometers from the sea of ​​Senigallia, a popular tourist destination.

The renovation of over 500 square meters of surface, carried out with the utmost respect for the original architecture, has restored versatility, warmth and rustic simplicity to the property: four apartments have been created and these have become welcoming residences to also experience rural tourism.
