Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at around 500 meters above sea level, this charming estate—once owned by a Florentine marquess—was purchased in 1980 after lying abandoned for 25 years. Since then, it has undergone a complete and careful renovation, bringing new life to its historic buildings.

The main house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a study, and a bathroom.
