In the Niccone Valley near the Reschio Castle, on the top of a hillock that enjoys a 360 ° view, there is this luxurious property. The tower in the center of the main farmhouse dates back to the 13th century and was originally a watchtower strategically positioned along the valley.
The renovation was completed with great care and attention. Many of the original materials and features have been preserved. When recovery was not possible, materials from the same period were sought in order to maintain the original character of the property intact.
The entire structure has been reinforced in accordance with the latest anti-seismic regulations.
The annex, originally a Tobacco drying tower, was demolished and rebuilt, always recovering the original materials.
The main farmhouse is spread over three levels and on the ground floor has a large double living room with a wonderful vaulted ceiling and an ancient stone fireplace, a large kitchen, a library that can be converted into an additional bedroom, bathroom, cellar for wines and laundry.
