On the upper floor we find a bedroom with en suite bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second unit, characterized by high ceilings, is developed entirely on the ground floor and consists of a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Each unit has a porch. The farmhouse is surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden of about 6.500 square meters. The garden houses a particularly scenic swimming pool measuring 6×12 m and an olive grove with about 60 plants in production.Lastly, a convenient tool storage room was made by taking benefit of the natural slope of the land.

The property is located within the lakes region and enjoys beautiful views of the rolling hills that characterize it. The nearest services are just 5 minutes away while the center of Castiglione del Lago can be reached in no more than 15 minutes. Being on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, we are close to important centers such as Chiusi and Montepulciano. Thanks to the proximity to the A1 highway, the Siena-Perugia freeway junction and rail lines, many airports including Perugia (45 minutes), Florence (90 minutes) and Rome Fiumicino (120 minutes) are perfectly connected.
