Palace from the 1500s in the historic center of Sansepolcro

In the historic center of Sansepolcro, we offer for sale an ancient palace from the 1500s, which belonged to an important and wealthy noble family.
The palace has been renovated bringing back to prominence all the decorative elements that characterize it, but which had been over time covered by materials, at the time, considered modern. The second floor houses the sleeping area, with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, large bathtub and a large fireplace to warm the atmosphere during the cold months.
