All rooms open onto a covered terrace overlooking the view and the pool: an ideal gathering place, the heart of outdoor life from May until late autumn. We are located in the municipality of Pietralunga, although we are closer to Umbertide, which is just 12 km away. Umbertide offers all the services necessary for daily life: supermarkets, pharmacies, a post office, banks, schools, a hospital and a cinema. The town also offers numerous sports facilities, including a splendid indoor swimming pool, perfect for the winter season. In the surrounding area, you can visit charming villages such as Montone, listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy, Pietralunga and Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. The Upper Tiber Valley is an area rich in small historic centers and picturesque views, all easily reachable in a few minutes by car. To the north are Città di Castello, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, and Arezzo, while to the south are Perugia, Assisi, and Lake Trasimeno. Perugia airport is the most convenient and is only 35 minutes away; alternatively, the airports of Florence, Ancona, Bologna, and Rome are also easily accessible.
