You enter the flat through a small entrance hall. On the left side there is a spacious kitchen-living room, which is very bright thanks to the large windows that offer a panoramic view of the sea. In the living room there is also a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and sink.

A large French door in the living room gives access to a large panoramic balcony from which you can admire the beauty and colours of the place. While sipping an aperitif on the balcony, you can hear the sound of the sea on the beach.

On the right side of the entrance is the sleeping area. This consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The rooms are all equipped with windows, although it should be noted that the rooms are not too bright as they open onto the courtyard.
The flat is habitable in its current condition.

However, in our opinion, renovation could easily increase the aesthetic and comfort level of the flat.
The flat has windows without double glazing, so replacement is recommended to ensure adequate thermal and sound insulation.

Unserer Meinung nach könnte jedoch eine Renovierung das ästhetische und komfortable Niveau der Wohnung leicht erhöhen.
Die Wohnung ist mit Fenstern ohne Doppelverglasung ausgestattet, so dass ein Austausch empfohlen wird, um eine angemessene Wärme- und Schalldämmung zu gewährleisten.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für diejenigen, die ein Ferienhaus am Meer suchen, sie kann aber auch als Hauptwohnsitz genutzt werden. Die Nähe zu Palermo bietet die Möglichkeit, die Kunst, Kultur und Geschichte der Stadt zu entdecken.
