Eine komplette Ferienanlage mit 10 „Casette“ (Häuschen), Pool, Reitanlage sowie eine landwirtschaftliche Fläche mit ca. 1100 Olivenbäumen von 4,7 ha (in Summe ca. 6 ha).
Die komplette Anlage wurde die letzten Jahre mühevoll in einen sehr guten Pflegezustand versetzt. Die Anpflanzungen sind malerisch und der Olivenhain sehr gepflegt. Es ist ein Paradies für die Besucher und Bewohner.
Die Bausubstanz der Häuser und der Erhaltungszustand ist gut bis sehr gut.
Es gibt 6 Häuser mit einem Schlafraum (ca. 30qm) und 4 Häuser mit 2 Schlafräumen (ca. 45qm). Alle Häuser haben Klimaanlage, eine Küchenzeile, einen offenen Kamin und ein separates Bad sowie eine Veranda. Die Häuser sind geschmackvoll möbliert und haben eine neue SAT-TV-Anlage.
Auf der ganzen Anlage gibt es ein neu aufgebautes Wifi sowie eine Videoüberwachung und elektrische Tore.
Der Pool-Bereich wurde ebenfalls neu gestaltet und ist das Zentrum der Anlage.
Im Bereich der Stallungen gibt es einen Waschraum, einen Vorratsraum und eine voll eingerichtete Werkstatt.
