The property

Casa Maurizio is located in the small village of Torretta, just above Carini between Palermo and Palermo airport. This property is a 200 year old house that has been completely renovated by the current owner.
On the ground floor there is a storage room, where there is also the water supply and the cistern of the house; a few bicycles or even a motorbike could be parked here. This room is accessed through a door from the street.
Next to this room there is the front door on the street and from there we enter the house into a staircase, which is shared with the neighbouring house and which leads to the first floor. The entrance to the house is on the right-hand side.
We enter a large living room with beautiful antique tiles, a double French window leads to a small balcony, which in turn faces the village church. A smaller bedroom with a window leads off this living room, as well as a kitchen with a window and a small guest toilet next to it
From this kitchen, a wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet; the shower has a skylight and the upper, relatively large bedroom has a window facing north.

Possibilities

Although you can see from the photos and video that the paint is peeling off the wall in the stairwell, don’t worry, as this is being repaired, as the cause of this damp was the ruin next to this house, which has since been fully restored, the workers are now in the process of painting over this now dried plaster.
The seller is asking a price of €68,000 for this property; a buyer does not have to invest anything in this property. From Toretta, it is a 10-minute drive to Carini, which is on the coast. Die Immobilie

Das Casa Maurizio befindet sich in dem kleinen Dorf Torretta, das etwas oberhalb von Carini zwischen Palermo und Palermo Flughafen liegt. Diese Immobilie ist ein sicher 200 Jahre altes Haus, das vom jetzigen Besitzer vollständig renoviert wurde.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Lagerraum, in dem es auch die Wasserversorgung und die Zisterne des Hauses gibt; hier könnten ein paar Fahrräder oder auch ein Motorrad parken. Dieser Raum wird durch eine Tür von der Straße betreten.
Neben diesem Raum gibt es die Haustür an der Straße und von dort betreten wir das Haus in ein Treppenhaus, das man sich mit dem Nachbarhaus teilt und was in den ersten Stock führt. Auf der rechten Seite ist dort dann der Eingang in das Haus.
Wir betreten einen großen Wohnraum mit wunderschönen antiken Fliesen, eine doppelte Fenstertür führt auf einen kleinen Balkon, der wiederum in Richtung der Dorfkirche zeigt. Von diesem Wohnzimmer geht ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit Fenster ab, sowie eine Küche mit Fenster und daneben eine kleine Gästetoilette
Von dieser Küche führt dann wiederum eine Holztreppe in den zweiten Stock, wo sich ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette befinden; die Dusche hat ein Oberlicht und das obere relativ große Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster in Richtung Norden.

Möglichkeiten

Auch wenn man auf den Fotos und dem Video sieht, dass im Treppenhaus die Farbe von der Wand blättert, brauchen Sie sich keine Gedanken machen, denn das wird gerade gerichtet, da die Ursache dieser Feuchtigkeit die Ruine neben diesem Haus war, die inzwischen aber vollständig restauriert worden ist, sind die Arbeiter nun dabei, dies inzwischen getrockneten Flegen zu übermalen.
