THE VILLA
The villa is located in the middle of the greenery and its internal and external structure is reminiscent of a mixture of colonial and art nouveau styles of the early 1900s. It consists mainly of the ground floor, to which an annexe with a recent independent entrance has been added over time.

Access to the outbuilding is via the first entrance, which is on the main side of the house. You are welcomed by a very large, very bright living room with open kitchen, which due to its size also offers space for two sofas, which are placed in front of a beautiful brick fireplace.

During the renovation, the current owner decided to keep a tuff wall that makes the whole space very characteristic.

Given the very high roofs, a brick attic space was created, accessible via an internal staircase in the living room. Here, in addition to a bedroom, there is also a bathroom with a hallway.

DIE VILLA
Die Villa liegt mitten im Grünen und erinnert in ihrer inneren und äußeren Struktur an eine Mischung aus Kolonial- und Jugendstil der frühen 1900er Jahre. Sie besteht hauptsächlich aus dem Erdgeschoss, an das im Laufe der Zeit ein Nebengebäude mit einem unabhängigen Eingang aus jüngster Zeit angebaut wurde.

Der Zugang zum Nebengebäude erfolgt über den ersten Eingang, der sich auf der Hauptseite des Hauses befindet. Sie werden von einem sehr großen, sehr hellen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche empfangen, das aufgrund seiner Größe auch Platz für zwei Sofas bietet, die vor einem schönen, gemauerten Kamin stehen.

Der jetzige Besitzer hat bei der Renovierung beschlossen, eine Tuffsteinwand beizubehalten, die den ganzen Raum sehr charakteristisch macht.

Angesichts der sehr hohen Dächer wurde ein gemauerter Dachraum geschaffen, der über eine Innentreppe im Wohnzimmer zugänglich ist. Hier gibt es neben einem Schlafzimmer auch ein Bad mit Flur.

Der Zustand des Nebengebäudes ist sehr gut. Fußböden aus Harz, Holzfenster mit Gittern, sehr hohe Dächer, breite Treppe und Badezimmer in gutem Zustand.

Eine weitere Annehmlichkeit ist der originale Backsteinofen, der direkt neben dem Herd steht.

In der Küche gibt es auch einen Vorratsraum mit einer Tür, wo man die verschiedenen Konserven aufbewahren kann.
Wenn man in den Flur zurückkehrt, kommt man links an der Innentreppe in ein zweites großes Schlafzimmer, das eine Flügeltür hat, die auf die Hauptterrasse führt, was die Situation… wow Dieses Zimmer hat auch ein kleines, aber sehr komfortables Badezimmer.

Wenn man die Treppe hinaufgeht, gelangt man in einen großen Flur. Das erste Zimmer ist sehr hell, mit Blick auf die dichte Vegetation und einen Blick auf das Meer von Palermo.
