DIE VILLA

Wenn man die Autobahn verlässt, fährt man über eine wunderschöne Staatsstraße im Grünen, die über weite Strecken von der Aussicht auf das Meer begleitet wird (diese Straße in einem Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider zu befahren, dürfte der Traum vieler sein…). Nach dem Verlassen der Staatsstraße erreicht man das Grundstück über eine Nebenstraße, die ein kurzes Stück in schlechtem Zustand, aber dennoch gut befahrbar ist.

Die Villa ist auf drei Ebenen angeordnet und hat zwei unabhängige Eingänge.

Der Haupteingang befindet sich in der ersten Etage. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Außentreppe, die zu einer großen „offenen Diele“ führt.
