The house is located 8km from the highway that connects the Adriatic coast with Rome. It takes around 50 minutes to reach the first beach in Civitanova. In winter you can go skiing in the area of Bolognola (40min). Lago di Fiastra (a beautiful swimming lake) is less than 30 minutes away by car.
