The entrance to the house is via a six-step staircase that lands on a small balcony; inside the property comprises a large kitchen with dining table/ living room, one large double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower and another large double bedroom which has been created by building a wooden dividing wall. The wall can be removed to create a larger living room if you don’t need the two bedrooms. The house is in excellent condition throughout, has independent gas heating, a small storage room under the stairs and a cobbled outdoor area which is a shared courtyard.
