Perched on a hill, the ancient village of Ibla dominates the surrounding valley with its small houses and narrow streets overlooked by the majestic Cathedral of San Giorgio, the most important expression of the Ibleo-Baroque style. The property is set amidst impressive footpaths, in an area that enjoys a beautiful panoramic position, just a few steps from the commercial centre of the town.

About 15 minutes from Modica and 25 km from the beautiful beaches of Ragusa, Ibla is one of the places to visit at least once in a lifetime. Getting lost in the narrow streets of Ragusa Ibla can be a romantic experience or an immersion in a time that no longer exists.

The house we are describing here consists of three floors and has the peculiarity and good fortune of having a garden that belongs exclusively to the house and overlooks the western part of the property.

Access to the flat is through a separate entrance, which gives access to two separate areas of the house.

On the first floor, an internal staircase leads to a first room used as a bedroom by the current owners and a small bathroom equipped with all the necessities, including a shower. This room has an external spiral staircase leading to a private garden. The view and panorama are incredible.

The interior staircase leads to the ground floor. Just opposite the main entrance door, you enter a second large bedroom. This room has a small balcony overlooking the valley, due to the nature of the village of Ibla, which runs downhill.
