Surroundings

This quaint and authentic village is home to Sicily’s second largest fishing port, located a few hundred metres from the house and directly opposite the village’s main square. Smaller beaches, bars and restaurants can be found on the town’s seafront, a hundred metres away. Although the nightlife is lively, especially in the summer months, the house is rather quiet.

Description

The house was built about 60 years ago and originally consisted of four very large flats, two on each floor. The current owner has divided this 200 sqm flat into two flats, of which the one facing the rear has just been sold. The Rosario flat is in need of renovation, especially since the bathroom is missing after the division. You can therefore design the interior of this flat to your liking.
