Externally, there is a charming area dedicated to aperitif and dinner time, with outdoor tables, sofas, as well as a pizza oven and a large barbecue.
Il Sogno is also the ideal place for horse-riding and nature lovers: the riding school is equipped with all the necessary equipment for training and for the well-being of the horses, and has: a fenced paddock with sheds for shelter, a panoramic 18-metre radius ring with siliceous sand, a state-of-the-art Rinco stable with 4×3 very bright and well-aired boxes (12 boxes inside the stable + 6 boxes in the paddocks). The estate covers a total land area of approx. 70 ha, of which approx. 30 ha is green space where one can take a walk and discover one of the three lakes forming part of the property. The remaining part of the land is dedicated in part to olive groves (approx. 18 ha. between olive groves in full production and newly planted olive groves) and in part to spelt for the production of meal and legumes to feed the horses (approx. 25 ha. in total).
