All around is a land of about one hectare, fenced with wooden fence, including the pertinent garden with Mediterranean scrub and fruit trees, an olive grove that has 100 olive trees and the private road leading to the property.

It turns out to be perfectly connected to the nearest towns, provided with all essential services, which are Trequanda and Sinalunga both just under 5 and 10 minutes away by car, respectively. A few dozen kilometers away are the most characteristic tourist villages such as Montepulciano, Pienza, and Montalcino. The nearest airports are Perugia (about 70 km in just under an hour), Florence (about 120 km in just over an hour), Pisa (180 km, in 2 hours), Rome (215 km, 2 hours and 15 minutes).
