On the border between Umbria and Tuscany, nestled on a gentle hill with an open view of Lake Trasimeno, is situated this property, consisting of two farmhouses, an annex and two swimming pools. In total the property consists of 7 apartments in addition to a common room and appliances.
The oldest farmhouse, renovated in 1987, dates back to 1608 and is divided into three apartments. The ground floor consists of two apartments.
