Renovated villa with a beautiful plot

This beautiful villa was refurbished and lovingly renovated in 1995 to retain its original charm while introducing modern comfort and style. The roof was re-roofed in 2020, which in addition to the aesthetics of the house, also increases its durability and value.
An incomparable feeling of living is conveyed on two floors. There is a tavern on the first floor, which is equipped with a fireplace and a wood-burning stove. The fireplace radiates a cozy warmth, which is further enhanced by the cozy crackling of the fire, while the wood-burning stove provides culinary experiences in addition to heat generation. You can use it to bake bread in the traditional way, make pizza or simply cook something warm. A staircase takes you to the second floor. A spacious living room awaits you here, which impresses with its light-flooded ambience. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the necessary appliances. There are two comfortable bedrooms and a functional bathroom that offers both comfort and luxury. Another fireplace with a wood-burning stove invites you to relax and adds an extra touch of coziness and warmth.
The surrounding property comprises a whole hectare of land that is completely fenced in, ensuring privacy and security. The property offers endless possibilities. The existing water collection tank can be perfectly converted into a swimming pool. Imagine enjoying a refreshing dip in it on hot summer days.
