Residence in need of renovation in a dreamlike quiet location

Castelnuovo Berardenga is not only extremely popular due to its proximity to Siena, but also because it is nestled in a landscape that epitomizes the Chianti region like no other area in Tuscany. The seemingly endless hilly landscapes and the absolute tranquillity that can be enjoyed here ensure that a Tuscan feeling arises as soon as you enter the property, which you will not let go of when you leave.
The old, stone-walled farmhouse stands on a plot of approx. 1 hectare and is in need of total renovation. The architecturally interesting shape of the main house with its inner courtyard is not only typical for this area, but also provides even more freedom of movement outdoors, especially as most of the rooms are on the ground floor. In addition to the main building, the property also contains four outbuildings, which are registered as agricultural premises but can also be converted into living space.
You are bursting with ideas and would like to realize something very special for yourself – here we offer you the unique opportunity to do so!
