18th Century House with Turret, Lake View + Olives
ITALY, UMBRIA, pERUGIA, PACIANO
Superbly refurbished 18th century farmhouse.
Restored in 1998, it still has many original features, including stone walls, beamed ceilings and the 19th century wood fired oven, which, like the rest of the property, has been preserved and skilfully restored by local artisans with traditional techniques and materials.
It is surrounded by the Umbrian countryside and only 2 km from amenities.
The farmhouse is arranged over two levels, with a third level with turret from which you can admire Lake Trasimeno.
Internally, we find hand made terracotta floors, only a small part of the beautiful mix of traditional features and modern amenities.
From both floors the garden can be reached, where there are three patios, one of which has a barbecue area, all ideal to relax in and enjoy the tranquil summer evenings or to admire the surroundings.
The olive groves surrounding the property produce up to 60 kilos of olive oil a year. The ground and first floor have their own kitchen, allowing the farmhouse to be divided in two separate units. At the front of the house there is a carport for three cars. This property is the perfect place to experience true Umbria country life, as a holiday or permanently.
It is possible to build a pool.
