Sky-land with terrace in the historic center

In the historic center of the delightful village of Montefalco, known all over the world for its fine vineyards, we offer a sky-land consisting of two completely renovated independent apartments.
The house is spread over several levels: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace with a splendid panoramic view of the valley.
The second housing unit develops on the first floor where there is a living room with kitchen and fireplace, bedroom and bathroom.
Going up a wooden staircase, you enter the last level where there is another bedroom with bathroom, equipped with a pocket terrace embedded in the roof that guarantees total privacy. The finishes are accurate and typical of the area such as stone, ceilings with exposed beams and wooden shutters.
In the list of the “most beautiful villages in Italy” is the delightful town of Montefalco. Art, history, culture, food and wine make this small village unique in the national panorama.
It is in fact an undisputed point of reference for all those who, expert or not, want to approach the world of wine of the highest level. The “Strada del Sagrantino” is a cultural and gastronomic itinerary through the production lands of the renowned Sagrantino DOCG, between the wonderful Umbrian cities of Assisi, Spoleto, Trevi and Todi. Its panoramic position offers enchanting landscape views and is well connected to all the main cities of central Italy such as Rome, Florence, Gubbio.
