Well-kept property in secluded location

This lovingly maintained and fully fenced agriturismo is located on a hillside in the middle of the beautiful Val di Cornia countryside.
The property consists of a main building, which has several apartments. There are four one-room apartments and two three-room apartments. Each apartment is designed with the utmost care and attention to detail to provide residents and guests with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. As an added attraction, the property offers 2 separate outbuildings “pavilion” used as a lounge, under which there is a storage/garage and the other offers several storage rooms. A pizza oven is also available. All buildings impress with solid, high-quality wooden doors and windows, which combine a timeless style with modern elements and create a particularly warm atmosphere. The extensive refurbishment in 2000 gave the property a new look and brought it up to a state-of-the-art standard. The complex is characterized by sustainable measures, including solar panels on the roof, which contribute to the property’s energy supply.
The beauty of this property continues in the outdoor areas, where the wonderful scenario of 6,700 hectares of land with 700 olive trees, pastureland and forest spreads out. A significant plus point of this property is the self-sufficiency of water through a deep well for irrigating the olive grove, garden and filling the pool.
Despite its secluded location, the agriturismo is only 20 minutes from the Etruscan Coast and the towns of Piombino and Follonica. This excellent location allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of rural life, yet still be within easy reach of the amenities and attractions of the towns of Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Saturnia etc.
