Bagnaia

Not far from the panoramic road that connects the historical towns of Sansepolcro and the city of Arezzo, sits this very spacious ruin on a hill. The property is a typically rural construction made of original stone and brick, measuring over 500 square metres. The ruin consists of a main house of 470 square metres and a stable/agricultural shed of 50 square metres.

The whole is developed in two floors culminating in a final attic under the roof. The property includes 5 hectares of hilly terrain with cypress, olive and other types of trees.
