This is a beautiful agricultural company made up of buildings measuring approximately 760 m2 with intended use partly for agricultural activity and partly for receiving guests, as well as various plots of land for approximately two hectares where there are approximately 400 olive tree. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS:

BUILDING “A” of approximately 455 m2: Consisting of n. 2 apartments, laundry and greenhouse.
The building, once used as a mill, is spread over two floors above ground and has a load-bearing structure in stone masonry left exposed and partly plastered, the floors have primary and secondary wooden frames with interposed brick tiles, the roof has sloping pitches of the gable type with a covering of Portuguese tiles. The internal finishes consist of: lime plaster, fine tempera paint, terracotta tile floors, bathroom and kitchen coverings in ceramic tiles. For all the buildings we can note that the renovation works were carried out in full respect of the protection of the original architectural typology, both for the materials used and for the new interventions to adapt to the current intended uses.

The swimming pool of approximately ml. 12 x 5 is made with a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure. and covered in PVC.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a large terraced area and is flanked by a large wooden pergola.
