On the road to reach the Villa, the countryside changes very quickly and as the green of the landscape becomes more intense, the silence covers every noise. The Property is completely fenced and the access to the Villa, provided by an electric gate, will welcome you in a flourishing garden full of flowers, plants and fruit trees.
The Villa has been built in reinforced concrete by the owner and enlarged several times till 2015; it is divided into two apartments currently communicating but at the same time with two independent access and gates. Covered with a thermal-insulating clad, maintains a constant internal temperature during the whole year.
The main apartment has been designed to enjoy the view of the garden and the valley and that’s the reason why the windows are so bright and big. Made up of two floors, the ground one has a wide open space with fireplace, professional kitchen, dining room and bathroom. An open staircase allows you to reach the first floor consisting of a terrace facing the living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which en-suite, and an office. The apartment has high quality finishings, partition walls and ceramic glasses, Vietri tiles in the kitchen and in the bathrooms and shatterproof windows.
The other apartment has a more classical style and it consists of a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The Property has a further kitchen used as a tavern, laundry room, a garage, a cover car for two and a further room used as a gym and allows you to enjoy a 4000 square meters garden with the chance and space to build a swimming pool.
