“Casale del Sole”

In an enchanted place where you can forget the chaos of the city, in an unspoiled place where nature is the protagonist and the singing of birds and the rustling of leaves in the wind are the only noises you will hear, an authentic farmhouse is ready to welcome you. The stone cottage was built in ca. 1879, the date engraved on the outline of the front door. On the ground floor we find on the right a large kitchen with dining room, and on the left a cellar where grapes were once ground. The staircase leading to the upper floor is made entirely of stone, which has remained unchanged since the time of construction.
On the first floor we find a large living room with a fireplace, where a pellet stove has now been installed, three double bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms have ceilings with wooden beams. The bathroom retains the old stone floor and walls, offering a real step back in time, but with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom has a shower and a whirlpool tub.
On the second floor we find two more rooms that, after being renovated, can expand the accommodation capacity of the farmhouse, and allow the creation of two more rooms or a large living area. The property was completely renovated in 2017, with heating and plumbing systems redone. Outside we find a wood stove, where you can bake your pizzas and bread, and a 6-seater Jacuzzi tub, which will allow you to cool off on hot days and relax at any time of the day. Next to the tub we find a patio, where you can enjoy your meals in the open air.
There is a well with oligomineral water, with particularly beneficial qualities. Heating with LPG gas and pellet stove. The property includes a drying room in need of renovation, and is surrounded by 2.14 hectares of land opening into a wonderful valley.
