Charming town-house in the historic centre of Sinalunga

This spacious and original town-house is located in the historic centre of Sinalunga, in one of the characteristic streets adjacent to the main square. From the door on the alley, you enter a beautiful corridor with a vaulted ceiling, from which sideways you enter the large garage with an independent entrance on the same street, the cellar and other rooms of various uses. The apartment can be reached by climbing a first flight of stairs. The very high frescoed ceilings and the classic floors of the early twentieth century give all the rooms a very aristocratic look. The furnishings are simple in style but boast sophisticated details, able to maintain the typical style of those years, while some unique pieces belonging to different eras and continents give colour and originality. From the classic entrance hall, crossing a corridor, you enter the living room which leads to two bedrooms. The historic centre of Sinalunga is the classic medieval Tuscan village, with a beautiful square, shops, bars and restaurants. The town has developed well over the years and offers all types of services with modern sports facilities, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The surrounding countryside is among the most sought-after destinations in Tuscany, with the nearby Val d’Orcia (UNESCO heritage), the Crete Senesi and the art cities of Montepulciano, Pienza and Siena. Sinalunga is easily reachable both from the north and from the south, being the A1 highway just a few km away. The closest cities and their airports are Florence (100km), Perugia (60 km) and Rome (170 km).
