Country house located in a small village in the Marche region, San Marcello (AN), located among the hills that characterize the Marche landscape with panoramic views that extend to the sea . More generally we are in the center of the Marche region, just 16km from the beaches of Senigallia but also a 2-hour drive from Bologna and near the city of Urbino.

The original farmhouse was completely demolished and rebuilt in 2013 with excellent construction standards both from a seismic and energetic point of view according to the architectural project and is classified in class A.
