Located in the hills that separate Umbria from Marche, in the town of Città di Castello, we find this beautiful farmhouse completely renovated and ready to be lived in. The construction of the farmhouse dates back to around 1661, the date is engraved on the fireplace stone. The renovation and all the improvements were completed in 2016. The farmhouse can be considered divided into two sections.
On the ground floor we find the part that is currently used as a hospitality business. There are 6 rooms each with its own independent access and en-suite bathroom. For the purpose of organizing events, workshops or retreats, there are rooms that can be used for the guests and include: a kitchen, a meeting room/cinema room, a dining room with an indoor wood stove, and a bathroom. On the opposite side is the entrance to the upper part. This is a large apartment on the second floor, accessed from the typical loggia of peasant houses of the time or through another entrance. Here we find a large entrance hall, a study/bedroom, kitchen, dining room with large stone fireplace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the entrance hall, via a wooden staircase, we access to the attic, where we find a glazed gallery opening onto the large roof terrace, three bedrooms and a bathroom.All rooms have wooden beams with tiles in the typical style of old country houses.
In a beautiful location and perfectly exposed, we find an infinity pool of 10 x 4 square meters from which to admire the beautiful sunsets. From the farmhouse you can admire the landscapes of the Apennine hills and organize excursions on foot or by bicycle, surrounded by unspoiled nature. The property is completed by about 1 hectare of land.

The farmhouse is located in the municipality of Città di Castello, a town of about 60,000 inhabitants, from which it is about 15 km away and where you can access every necessary service. Just 10 km away is Pietralunga, another town where you can find stores, post office and pharmacy. It is also 10 km from Apecchio, a town in the Marche region, with stores and restaurants.
