Historic noble palace of the sixteenth century

Between Marsciano and Collepepe we propose an imposing 16th century palace, surrounded by an Italian garden with fountains, lemon house, rose garden and reading pavilion. The property is completed by the caretaker’s cottage, the park with octagonal fish pond with galeotta tower, currently designated as a swimming pull, and the church of the Madonna del Cerro, built in the early 1600s and frescoed by pupils of the Perugino school. The latter, although located close to the boundary wall, is currently separated from the main buildings by a public road. The central body of the building, dating back to the early sixteenth century, completely renovated, is spread over three floors and has an H-shaped plan, surmounted by a turret; the lower side wings in front of the garden were added around 1790 and connected to the lemon house only in 1852. The portals of the two facades are aligned and connected by a large atrium, supported by large coupled columns, was originally used as an entrance to the carriages, the signs of which are still visible on the terracotta flooring. The complex has an area of almost 3,500 square meters and is surrounded by almost 4 hectares of land used partly as a garden and partly as a park, incorporating the natural water course of the Fosso del Paterno. The dimensions, the charm of the structure, the entirely flat land and the optimal position lend themselves well to the most diverse uses: private representative residence, residential complex or luxury accommodation facility.
