The farmhouse is located within a beautiful and typical Tuscan hamlet with shared swimming pool; it has its own private pedestrian and vehicular access from which you reach the large private parking area with pergola. The farmhouse and the courtyard are fenced, but the entrance gate is currently missing, by choice of the owner. The property boasts an excellent view of the Florentine Chianti countryside and features a large private garden and a patio connected to the living area. Inside the garden, there is also an annex of about 30 square meters and a bowling green. In addition to the courtyard, the property also has an agricultural land of about one hectare, which is also completely fenced, where some olive trees have been planted. The beautiful village of Badia a Passignano surrounded by excellent Restaurants and Wine Bars is less than 10 minutes away by car. In the village, there is the famous abbey of San Michele Arcangelo in Passignano that, destroyed and rebuilt several times, was transformed into a villa at the end of the 19th century. The village of Barberino Val d’Elsa is less than 15 km from the property, it is a medieval village part of the Chianti Classico wine district, a small jewel perched on a gentle hill overlooking the valley of the Elsa river from which it takes its name. It has an altitude of 373 meters above sea level and lies in a region characterized by oak forests, rows of vines and olive trees. The historic centre, enclosed within the ancient walls and of particular charm, includes some works of historical interest.
