House in the centre of Barchi

Barchi is a small town in the hinterland of Marche, 25 km from the sea of Marotta, included in the new municipality of Terre Roveresche since 2017. A walk through the center, within the walls of the old castle, takes us on an authentic dive into the past. Here is this charming detached house that was completely renovated 10 years ago. The style is contemporary, appropriate and integrated with the entire surrounding context. On the ground floor we find a living room with thermal fireplace, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A connecting staircase leads us to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom. All utilities are connected, the heating is methane using the fireplace which also heats the radiators.
