On one of the most high and panoramic hills facing the village of Bettona and with a fantastic view of Assisi, we would like to present to you this beautiful farmhouse that has been completely renovated in 2013. The total surface of 250 square meters, developed on two levels, with a further annex of 80 square meters and a swimming pool, has a stone facade, old cotto tiles floors and wooden beams. The small village of Bettona, is strategically located between Perugia (20 km far away) and Assisi (15km away) and has 5000 inhabitants circa, but has also all the main facilities nearby as well as the transport routes. Enrolled in the national Register of the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy” for its cultural and important historical center, Bettona is in the centre of Umbria and is just few minutes far away from the E/45 highway that allows you to reach easily all the cities nearby. The International Airports of Rome and Florence are reachable in just two hours by car, the one in Ancona in one hour, while the International Airport of Umbria “San Francesco di Assisi” is just 20 minutes far away.
