A few kilometres away is the entrance to the Perugia-Bettolle-Siena A1 highway. Consequently, Tuscany and in particular Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Arezzo and Florence can be reached in a very short time. The area is close to all services with supermarkets, post offices, banks, restaurants, bars and shops. You can easily reach the main airports: Perugia (Sant’Egidio) in 25 minutes, Rome (Fiumicino/Ciampino) in 2 hours, Florence in 100 minutes.
