Close to the castle in Belvedere old town, we have a 55 sqm property which requires minor renovation and upgrading. The townhouse is accessed through a charming arched portal and down a few steps. The front door opens into a hallway. To the left is the bathroom. Down a few steps and again on the left is the kitchen. To the right there is an entry way into one of two large rooms, both of which have balconies and great views of the mountains and sea. Parking is close by and the main old town is a few metres walk. Belvedere’s main piazza is reminiscent of Ravello on the Amalfi. With lots of narrow streets, bars and local shops, Belvedere is a traditional Italian Centro Storico.
